The content was crisp, matter of fact, and thought provoking. I enjoyed learning about the history of DiSC & the statistical data that supported it’s reliability.
Also, what really impressed me was the R&D that has gone into preparing the varied types of reports
The structure of the course , the facilitators approach to the program and the way the concepts were adeptly connected to various nuances of the human behaviour gave me a lot of insights about how interactions around me work.

I liked the way technology was leveraged to transfer knowledge to a group of diverse people from across the globe. Akash definitely knows how to keep everyone engaged despite everyone not being in the same room
